She completed her Masters of Laws, specialising in family law in 2020.

She is also experienced in wills & powers of attorney and probate.

She has worked in Melbourne’s most prestigious law firms as well as for the Victorian Government.

Patricia Leyton-Palma is a solicitor with over 10 years of legal experience, including several years in family law before moving into her current focus on Wills and Estates. She advises on estate planning, probate and estate administration, contested wills, Part IV claims, and powers of attorney.

Patricia focuses on helping clients achieve cost-effective, practical outcomes, resolving matters early and amicably where possible — but is also a confident advocate when court proceedings are necessary.

Known for her approachable manner, Patricia combines legal skill with genuine empathy. Clients value her clarity, responsiveness, and unwavering commitment to securing the best result.

Patricia is fluent in Spanish, available for home visits, and offers a personalised service that larger firms often can’t match.

Holding a Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing) from Swinburne University and fully licensed under Licence No. 002181L, Claudia is known for her depth of knowledge, precision, and calm, client-first approach to every transaction.
